Cub Scout Pack 94 is located in Folsom, California, and is part of the Golden Empire Council of Scouts BSA. We welcome all Kindergarten through fifth grade boys and girls of Folsom or surrounding areas. The Cub Scout Program is designed to provide children and their families with fun, education, and exciting events to grow together in community spirit.

In Pack 94, you’ll do all kinds of exciting activities such as our annual Pinewood Derby, model rocket launching, family camping, day trips, overnight trips, community service, and much more! You’ll have lots of fun and adventure with your den and pack.

Resident Camp is a 4 day, 3 night experience, with a program divided into sessions, rotating between campcraft, nature, handicraft, aquatics, fitness, archery, BB gun shooting, showmanship, and free time. As well as many other activities, games and opportunities for new experiences.Nature, shooting sports, Scoutcraft, waterfront fun, and more! The essential elements that make summer resident camp fun for Cub Scouts are founded in what makes Scouting great for our youth.Your stay will include all meals, each one well-balanced, with extra features—like salad bars—and seconds! If you have campers with special food needs or requirements, please let Pack Leadership know so that we can submit the requests to the Camp prior to our arrival.Camping is a great time in the life of a Scout. It is a lifelong memory with friends as they enjoy experiences that shape lives, build character, and encourage growth. As Lord Robert Baden Powell, the founder of Scouting, said: a week of camp life is worth six months of theoretical teaching in the classroom. When properly applied, the Scouting program teaches, builds, and forges strength and confidence.McLoughlin is a camp that your Scout will always remember!Who can attend?Tigers, Wolves, Bears and Webelos (Lions are too young still, and current AOL’s will age out) may attend camp with their parent, or another attending adult that is willing to accept responsibility for that camper. Each adult may only accept responsibility for no more than 1 Cub Scout that is not a family member.Trading Post:Provides a full selection of camping necessities, souvenir items, camp t-shirts, writing paper, pencils, stationery, and comfort items. Natural foods (such as fruits and trail mixes), candy, soda, ice cream, and other snacks are also available. The trading post is open daily, with hours posted. About $40 per Scout should meet most needs during the week.Communications:There is no cell phone reception or Wi-Fi from any carrier at Camp McLaughlin. If someone needs to get in contact with a camper in an emergency, the landline number for the camp is 541-949-8189. Resident Camp is a 4 day, 3 night experience, with a program divided into sessions, rotating between campcraft, nature, handicraft, aquatics, fitness, archery, BB gun shooting, showmanship, and free time. As well as many other activities, games and opportunities for new experiences.Nature, shooting sports, Scoutcraft, waterfront fun, and more! The essential elements that make summer resident camp fun for Cub Scouts are founded in what makes Scouting great for our youth.Your stay will include all meals, each one well-balanced, with extra features—like salad bars—and seconds! If you have campers with special food needs or requirements, please let Pack Leadership know so that we can submit the requests to the Camp prior to our arrival.Camping is a great time in the life of a Scout. It is a lifelong memory with friends as they enjoy experiences that shape lives, build character, and encourage growth. As Lord Robert Baden Powell, the founder of Scouting, said: a week of camp life is worth six months of theoretical teaching in the classroom. When properly applied, the Scouting program teaches, builds, and forges strength and confidence.McLoughlin is a camp that your Scout will always remember!Who can attend?Tigers, Wolves, Bears and Webelos (Lions are too young still, and current AOL’s will age out) may attend camp with their parent, or another attending adult that is willing to accept responsibility for that camper. Each adult may only accept responsibility for no more than 1 Cub Scout that is not a family member.Trading Post:Provides a full selection of camping necessities, souvenir items, camp t-shirts, writing paper, pencils, stationery, and comfort items. Natural foods (such as fruits and trail mixes), candy, soda, ice cream, and other snacks are also available. The trading post is open daily, with hours posted. About $40 per Scout should meet most needs during the week.Communications:There is no cell phone reception or Wi-Fi from any carrier at Camp McLaughlin. If someone needs to get in contact with a camper in an emergency, the landline number for the camp is 541-949-8189.
